The short version: the cookies we set by default only keep you signed in and remember your choices. Nothing that follows you around the internet loads until you say yes.

Cookies we set without asking

These are strictly necessary, so they do not need consent.

• A session cookie, set when you sign in to your account or the office system, so the next page knows it is you. It lasts up to 14 days, or until you sign out
• A consent cookie, which remembers whether you accepted or declined the others, so we stop asking
• A security token that protects forms from being submitted by another site on your behalf

Measurement

We count visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that stores nothing in your browser and cannot recognise you on another website. It tells us which pages are read and which are ignored, and nothing about you.

Cookies that wait for your consent

If you accept, we load Google Analytics and Google Ads so we can see which adverts bring people who actually book, and stop paying for the ones that do not. These set cookies that can recognise your browser across sites. If you decline, they never load.

Changing your mind

Use the cookie banner, or clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again. Declining costs you nothing: every part of the site works either way.

Cookies set by other people

Pages that show a map or a video may load it from another company, which can set its own cookies. Payment pages are served by Stripe, which sets cookies it needs to detect fraud.
